With over 14 years of experience spanning U.S. foreign policy, military governance, international law, and civil-military operations—particularly in Africa and the Middle East. She brings a perspective shaped by both lived experience and professional depth. She has worked in courtrooms, conflict zones, and high-level strategy spaces, advising on stabilization policy, institutional reform, and governance innovation. What sets CIS apart is its ability to navigate complexity with precision.
