Strategic Solutions for Every Mission

Cultural Intelligence Strategy (CIS) is a minority-, woman-, and service-disabled veteran-owned consulting firm that specializes in governance reform, cross-cultural strategy, and civil-military coordination. With deep expertise across Sub-Saharan Africa, we help institutions build policy frameworks rooted in cultural fluency, legal legitimacy, and community trust.

About Our Founder

Our Founder established Cultural Intelligence Strategy (CIS) to close the critical gaps often seen between policy and people, strategy and society, power and local truth. With over 14 years of experience spanning U.S. foreign policy, military governance, international law, and civil-military operations—particularly in Africa and the Middle East. She brings a perspective shaped by both lived experience and professional depth. She has worked in courtrooms, conflict zones, and high-level strategy spaces, advising on stabilization policy, institutional reform, and governance innovation. What sets CIS apart is its ability to navigate complexity with precision.

Where others rely on surface-level assessments, CIS translates informal influence networks, tribal dynamics, and fragile institutional environments into actionable, locally grounded solutions. CIS does not operate from a distance or rely solely on abstract, data-driven models. It works from the ground up—listening at the grassroots, engaging across communities, and aligning with leadership at the highest levels. That is how CIS builds strategies that truly work. Cultural Intelligence Strategy is not a typical consulting firm. It is where cultural fluency, strategic vision, and governance expertise meet.
